Day 4 Friday 23rd March 2018 - after almost a 13hrs of overnight bus ride from Tehran, I arrived at Shiraz and took a taxi (100,000 Rials) from the Karandish Terminal to Taha Hostel. After the hostel check in and an hour of rest, I joined an afternoon tour to Persepolis arranged by the hostel and took an evening stroll in old Shiraz area near my hostel.

Tombs of Nasqh-e Rustam, Persepolis - an ancient necropolis located 12km north west of Persepolis.
Persepolis - located 60km north east of Shiraz; the ceremonial capital of the Achaemenid Empire (550-300 BC); an UNESCO World Heritage site.
