Iran (Isfahan) March 2018 (Part 1) D-7

Day 7 Monday 26th March 2018 - woke up early and loitered my time at the Jahan Square and spent the rest of the day visiting the 3 ancient bridges in Isfahan, Flower Garden, Emam Ali Square etc. After dinner, I made a night visit to Jahan Square to get a feel of this mega square which was packed with locals & tourists enjoying their time during this particular time of the New Year !

1) Naghsh-e Jahan Square, Isfahan (morning visit - 08.00) - lesser crowd and easy for photo shooting !

2) Si-o-se-pol Bridge, Isfahan - most famous bridge, one of the 11th bridges in Isfahan, built between 1599 & 1602, longest bridge 297m; the river underneath the bridge had dried up !

2) Chobi Bridge, Isfahan

3) Khaju Bridge, Isfahan - built by the Persian Safavid King, Shah Abbas 11 around 1650; the finest bridge in the province.

4) Flower Garden, Isfahan

5) Stray walking in  Isfahan on Day 7

6) Emam Ali Square, Grand Bazaar & Jame Mosque, Isfahan

7) Naghsh-e Jahan Square, Isfahan (by night)
